Creamy, Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce
Directions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch. Taste and add in any more seasonings if needed.
In a saucepan, pour sauce and slowly mix as it heats up. Add in a pinch of cornstarch at a time until it is as thick as you like it — NOTE: I did not need to add cornstarch but some might want a thicker sauce and if you use lower fat dairy items then it will definitely be runnier.
Cook any pasta you like according to the package instructions.
Mix together sauce and pasta! Top with more parmesan if you’d like. Enjoy!
